This Privacy Policy explains what information CaddieCall collects, how we use it, and who we share it with when you use our platform.

1. What we collect

Account information — your name, email address, and role (Student or Pro) when you sign up.

Content you upload — swing videos, notes, and lesson content you or a Pro submits.

Payment information — handled directly by Stripe; we store only the resulting transaction records (amount, date, status), never your full card number.

Usage information — basic technical data like login timestamps needed to keep your account secure.

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate the service — matching Students with Pros, processing payments, delivering swing reviews, sending account and transaction emails (like approval notifications or new review alerts), and improving CaddieCall.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we use to run CaddieCall, and only as needed:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and video/file storage.
  • Stripe — payment processing and Pro payouts.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel — website hosting.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. A Student's swing video is only shared with the specific Pro assigned to review it (and CaddieCall staff, if needed for support or moderation).

4. Your choices

You can update your profile information at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the email below.

5. Children's privacy

CaddieCall is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
