These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CaddieCall ("CaddieCall," "we," "us"), a platform that connects golfers ("Students") with independent golf coaches ("Pros") for asynchronous video swing review. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission and supervision, to use CaddieCall.
When you submit a swing video and select a Pro, you authorize CaddieCall to charge your payment method for the listed review price via our payment processor, Stripe. If the assigned Pro does not respond within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund — contact us to request one. Follow-up questions included with a review are limited to the scope described at checkout.
Pros are independent contractors, not employees of CaddieCall. Coach applications are reviewed and may be approved or declined at CaddieCall's discretion. Approved Pros set their own review price and are responsible for providing timely, professional feedback. CaddieCall retains a platform fee (currently 10%) from each completed review; the remainder is paid out via Stripe Connect to the Pro's connected account.
You retain ownership of any video, image, or written content you upload. By uploading content, you grant CaddieCall a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your swing video to the Pro reviewing it, or a published lesson to other users). You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.
All payments are processed by Stripe. CaddieCall does not store your full payment card details. Prices are listed in USD and are set by each Pro within platform limits.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may stop using CaddieCall and request account deletion at any time.
CaddieCall facilitates connections between Students and Pros but is not itself a golf instruction provider. Coaching feedback and drills are provided by independent Pros and are for informational purposes; CaddieCall makes no guarantee of results. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CaddieCall after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
